Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of https://controla-sp.com (the "Site"), operated by A.O Team LTD, a company registered in Israel (company no. 516025624, registered address: Brenner 17, Petah Tikva 4938337, Israel), which operates Controla Sales Partner ("Controla", "we", "us").

1. Acceptance

By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or submit false or third-party information without authorization.

3. No professional advice

Content on the Site is general information about our services. It is not legal, tax, employment, regulatory or other professional advice.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the Controla name and logo, text, graphics and design, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them except for viewing the Site for your own evaluation.

5. Booking a call; services

Submitting the /book form or holding a call creates no agreement to provide or buy services. Any services, including the provision of dedicated sales representatives who are contracted and managed by Controla, are governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Statements on the Site about our services are not binding offers.

6. Job postings and applications

Roles listed on the Site's Careers page or on job boards are invitations to apply, not offers of engagement. Any engagement is made only under a separate written contract with A.O Team LTD. We never ask applicants for payment as part of our hiring process. How we handle applicant data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any results described will be achieved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed USD 100.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including Controla's LinkedIn page and job boards, which have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

13. Client platform

Use of the Controla client platform is governed by a separate client agreement and platform terms.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. If you continue to use the Site after that, you accept the changes.
