Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how A.O Team LTD, a company registered in Israel (company no. 516025624, registered address: Brenner 17, Petah Tikva 4938337, Israel), which operates Controla Sales Partner ("Controla", "we", "us"), handles personal data collected through https://controla-sp.com (the "Site"), through our recruiting process, and when you contact us. 1. Who we are

A.O Team LTD operates the Site and the Controla Sales Partner business. We provide managed sales teams and go-to-market services to companies selling into the US market. Our sales reps are contracted by A.O Team LTD and work remotely from Latin America.

2. Data we collect

• Booking and contact data. When you use the /book page or email us, we collect the details you submit: name, work email, company, website, team needs and message.
• Correspondence. The content of emails and messages you exchange with us.
• Usage data. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, to collect aggregated information such as pages viewed, referrer, browser, device type and approximate country.
• Technical logs. Our hosting and network providers may process IP addresses and request data to deliver and secure the Site.
• Applicant and candidate data. See section 3.

The Site uses no non-essential cookies (Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless), so there is no cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or ad networks.

3. Job applicants and candidates

When you apply for a role with us, or we consider you for one, we collect:

• Your application. Your CV, name, email address, phone number, location, work history, languages, and anything else you choose to send us.
• Where it comes from. Applications you email to us (for example to sofia@controla-sp.com), applications made through job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn, and referrals. Job boards are independent services with their own privacy policies; we receive the information you submit to them for our job posting.
• Our assessment. Notes from your interviews and assessments, and, only with your consent, interview recordings.

We use this data to assess your application, communicate with you, arrange interviews, and, if you are selected, to prepare and manage your contract with A.O Team LTD.

If we propose you for a role with one of our clients, we share information relevant to the role with that client, such as your experience and our interview notes. Your last name and contact details stay with us unless you agree otherwise.

We keep applicant data for as long as we need it to consider you for current and future roles, and then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by emailing oren@controla-sp.com or sofia@controla-sp.com.

5. No sale or sharing for advertising

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

6. Service providers

We use service providers that process data on our behalf:

• Vercel: Site hosting and cookieless, aggregated site analytics.
• Cloudflare: domain, DNS and network services.
• Google Workspace: email and related business tools.
• A third-party email delivery provider: delivers /book form submissions to oren@controla-sp.com.

We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

7. International transfers

We are based in Israel, and our team, clients and providers may be located in Latin America, the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions (including the EU adequacy decision for Israel) or Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Retention

We keep booking and contact data for as long as needed for the purposes above, and then delete or anonymize it. We currently intend to keep it for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Applicant data is covered in section 3.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority (in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority). To exercise any right, email oren@controla-sp.com. We may need to verify your identity.

10. US state privacy rights (including California)

Residents of California and certain other US states may have rights to know what personal data we collect and how we use it, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of its sale, sharing for targeted advertising, or profiling. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal data for advertising. You may exercise your rights by emailing oren@controla-sp.com, including through an authorized agent, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

11. Third-party sites

The Site links to Controla's LinkedIn page, and our job postings may appear on job boards such as Indeed. These are third-party sites with their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

13. Children

The Site is intended for business users and job applicants of working age, and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

14. Client platform

Use of the Controla client platform is governed by a separate client agreement and platform terms.

15. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
